Welcome to Sol Money. By accessing or using our website, online course, or associated services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before purchasing or participating in any of our programs.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access our services.

1. About Us

Sol Money is operated by a Sole Trader based in Australia. Our primary offering is a 12-week online course that combines strategic, emotional, and spiritual frameworks to help users cultivate conscious wealth and financial alignment.

All references to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Sol Money. All references to “you” or “your” refer to the user or purchaser of our services.

2. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in our course. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

Sol Money grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, share, sell, or redistribute any content from the program without written permission.

3. Purchasing and Payment

Our course is available for a one-time payment of $495 AUD, or via a 4x bi-weekly payment plan of $129 AUD, processed through trusted third-party platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, Amazon Pay, or any payment processors integrated via Go High Level.

All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or foreign transaction charges.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that you have meaningfully engaged with the course and attempted to implement the material. If after this period you feel the course is not a fit, you may request a full refund by emailing us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds will result in the loss of all course access, including digital templates and access to the online community.

5. Access and Availability

Once enrolled, users receive ongoing access to the course material, including video modules and downloadable templates, hosted via Go High Level. While we currently do not impose a time limit on access, we reserve the right to adjust this policy with reasonable notice.

You may download templates for personal use, but access to video content is provided through the course portal and may not be shared or redistributed.

We reserve the right to revoke access without notice if you breach these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

We are committed to creating a respectful, conscious learning space. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Sharing your login credentials with others

Reproducing, reselling, or distributing course content

Using Sol Money’s materials to create a competing program

Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior toward other users or our team

Spamming, trolling, or disrupting the online community

We reserve the right to terminate access and participation without refund if these guidelines are violated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the Sol Money course — including the SOL Money Map, SOLSET™ Budget, videos, templates, frameworks, and brand language — is the intellectual property of Sol Money and is protected under copyright law.

You may use the material for your personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution of any part of the program is strictly prohibited.

While not currently registered, Sol Money reserves all rights to seek copyright and trademark protection for proprietary course elements in the future.

8. Disclaimers

Sol Money is an educational and personal development program. We are not licensed financial advisors, and no part of the course constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.

We do not make guarantees of income, financial results, or outcomes from applying the course materials. Your financial results depend on your personal circumstances, application of the material, and external factors beyond our control.

Participation in the course is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

9. Technical Issues & Availability

All content is hosted via Go High Level, and while we aim for 24/7 availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime, outages, or technical problems caused by third-party platforms or internet service providers.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved under Australian law.

We encourage all users to contact us first with any concerns. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution via mediation before initiating legal action.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly.
